Matthew Guanci, Esq. - Of Counsel

Matthew Guanci is Of Counsel at J. Redmond Law. He guides individuals and families through the complexities of the estate planning process, from comprehensive and sophisticated estate, gift, and income tax planning, to traditional estate planning involving last wills and testaments, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and living will declarations, and HIPAA authorizations and releases. He works closely with clients in order to understand their particular circumstances and goals, and develops a cohesive, holistic plan to meet their needs.

Matthew has extensive experience in asset protection and elder law, including Medicaid planning by means of irrevocable income-only trusts and other strategies.

He earned his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, and his Bachelors of Science from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Immediately prior to joining J. Redmond Law, PC, Matthew was at a boutique estate planning law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.

Matthew is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Florida.
