J. Redmond Law, PC is excited to announce that Attorney Matthew Guanci has joined the firm as Of Counsel!
Matthew specializes in estate planning law. His experience ranges from comprehensive and sophisticated estate, gift, and income tax planning techniques, to the more traditional, basic estate planning documents such as last wills and testaments, durable powers of attorney, and health care proxies and living will declarations. Matthew has extensive experience in asset protection and elder law, including Medicaid planning by means of irrevocable income-only trusts and other strategies.
Matthew earned his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, and his Bachelors of Science from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
Prior to joining J. Redmond Law, Matthew was an associate at a boutique estate planning firm in downtown Boston. Matthew is licensed to practice in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Florida.
Matthew was born and raised in the Boston area, although he has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. He currently lives in Charlestown with his fiancé.
